Italy Innovazioni was born with HIDE, which is the idea of a strong-willed and tenacious engineer: Giorgio Rende. His tough entrepreneurial spirit is addressed to the possibility to create innovation in Italy and to the conception of new products and solutions in different areas of daily life.
At his side are the other three founding partners, Pietro Malanca, an architect and industrial designer, Giuseppe Paldino and Francesco Bruno, both engineers.
A team of competent and determined friends came to collect important funding, which led to the listing on Euronext in Paris immediately after the first presentation of HIDE’s USA version at CES® in Las Vegas, the most influential technological event in the world, the proving ground for revolutionary technologies and global innovators.

The push for innovation continues and new projects are born. At CES® in 2020, the Hide Smart version, integrated with the ALEXA voice assistant, is unveiled.
The product caught the attention of the Alexa Voice Services team and was featured in the report on the show by U.S. broadcaster ABC, declaring it among the ten most interesting of the entire show.
Today the Italy Innovazioni team has grown by equipping itself with new skills that ensure the development of the other ambitious projects underway, while the founding partners have a less operational role than in the early days.

Our ideas are born from careful observation of reality and with the specific intention of finding the space to bring creativity and innovation to unexplored areas.

We pay attention to innovation and its value; in fact, Italy Innovazioni holds numerous patents and develops industrial initiatives both directly and by identifying the most suitable partners to penetrate the national and international markets with the highest profit potential.
After carefully studying and verifying the practicability of ideas, our designers and engineers start the process of creating functional models, and then later move on to technical specifications, prototyping, and patenting.
IP can then go into production, independently or through local partnerships, to be placed in regional markets.
