Miami, FL, USA, and Milan, Italy – (Dec. 10, 2018) – The board of directors of Italy Innovazioni S.p.A, owner of Hide, the first and only recessed AC outlet that revolutionized the concept of the electrical socket, and major shareholder of IT Creation, has approved the company’s application process aimed at listing on the Paris Euronext Access stock exchange.
Italy Innovations holds 34 worldwide patents on Hide, its operation and design. In recent months, the company has raised 1.6 million euros in private investment, and the figures show that it is now ready to be introduced to large markets.
The board of Italy Innovazioni S.p.A chose the Euronext Access market in Paris to nominate the company for its special focus on startups and innovative SMEs.
Italy Innovazioni meets all the requirements of the Italian government to qualify as an innovative SME.
